Abstract
This Regulation here determines the mandatory list of documentation that is required for the adoption of the Program for the disposal of agricultural land owned by the Republic of Croatia. The documentation required for the adoption of the Program is fully listed in article 2. This text also regulates specific land tenure and ownership issues as regards the local government, ex-Yugoslav land plots that were subject to seizure and regulates the procedural path towards adoption of proposed agricultural land disposal Programs. Set of designated request forms and technical data sheets are given in the Annex of this text.
