Regulation on entry of catching fishing vessels with fishing gear in the ICCAT Register (ICCAT RECORD OF BFT CATCHING VESSELS) in 2021.

This Regulation, as in accordance with the Croatian Law on marine fisheries, determines the list of vessels meeting the conditions and criteria for entry in the ICCAT catch register; and sets individual quotas for tuna fishing with fishing gear by vessels for the year 2021. The right to be entered in the Register of ICCAT catch vessels for tuna fishing with fishing gear in 2021 is exercised by vessels with corresponding individual quotas as listed in article 2 (vessels authorized to fish for bluefin tuna with fishing gear from 15 February to 31 December 2021, ie until the individual quota is used, whichever occurs first).
