Abstract
This Regulation prescribes all necessary conditions for the correct entry into and maintaining of the Register of greengrocer and authorized retailers of fruits and vegetables that are operating under the market standards on the territory of the Croatian Republic.
The Annex is an integral part of this Regulation.

Entry into force notes
This Regulation enters into force on the day of its publication in the Official Gazette, except for the provisions of article 4 which shall enter into force on the day of Croatian accession to the European Union.
