Abstract
This Regulation prescribes the mandatory content, methodology and all related requirements for the correct keeping of the register of emissions into the environment, the manner and time of collection and submission of data, standards for obtaining the authorization for legal persons to perform the cadastre registration of environmental emissions by their own, and also prescribes all related offences and penalties.
The Annex is an integral part of this Regulation.
