Abstract
This Regulation stipulates the projects for which an environmental impact assessment (EIA) shall be made, the contents of the EIA study, a commission for the necessary evaluation of EIA of the project, participation of the public, conclusion of the commission and other issues involving the environmental impact assessment on the Croatian territory.
