Regulation on the establishment of the authorities of the Port of “Šibenik”.

This Regulation establishes the Port of Sibenik, with related authorities (Port Authority) and their duties and responsibilities in order to handle the building and correct use of the port of Sibenik.
Port of Sibenik is a port open to international public transport, according to the size and importance of the port has been classified as a special (international) economic interest of the Republic of Croatia, intended for passenger and cargo traffic.
This Regulation also provides for the complete coordinates and geographical definition and position of the related sea and land area.
