Abstract
This Regulation prescribes all necessary standards and criteria for the correct establishment of special purpose ports-military ports, that are classified as high importance sites for the Republic of Croatia and defines the boundaries of the military port at sea and on land territory.
Military ports are established for the purposes defined by the Ministry of Defence and are strictly used for military assets.
The borders of military harbors are plotted on maps, which are an integral part of this Regulation and it will be published in the "Official Gazette".
