Regulation on existing substances.

This Regulation lays down the obligations of manufacturers and importers of existing substances who have been registered in the Republic of Croatia, as well as contents, deadlines, procedures and reporting on such substances, data collection, use and availability of relevant data, methods and basic principles of evaluation of risks to human health and the environment involving the substances.
Implementation of provisions laid down in this Regulation shall not exclude the implementation of special provisions regulating the protection of workers and consumers.
The Annex is an integral part of this Regulation.
