Regulation on exploration and exploitation of mineral raw materials.

This Regulation determines the exploration and exploitation of mineral resources, the procedure for conducting public tenders in a single procedure for granting a concession for the exploitation of mineral resources, the collection of claims based on the fee for the concession for the exploitation of mineral resources, and the obligations of mining economic entities and contractors of technical rehabilitation works. The Ministry responsible for mining in the unified procedure for granting concessions for exploitation announces a public tender in accordance with the provisions of the Law on mining and the provisions of the Law on concessions, for the following procedures: 1. selection of the most favorable bidder for the exploration of mineral raw materials in order to grant a concession for exploitation; 2. selection of the most favorable bidder for additional exploration of mineral raw materials in the established exploitation field for the purpose of granting a concession for exploitation; 3. selection of the most favorable bidder for determining the exploitation field of sea salt or construction sand and gravel from the seabed in order to grant a concession for exploitation; 4. selection of the most favorable bidder for the concession for exploitation.
