Regulation on the farm sustainability data network.

This Regulation prescribes the manner and conditions of implementation of the Farm Sustainability Data Network (FSDN), which includes: conducting an annual survey on the structure, production, income and expenses of farmers, including the environmental and social dimensions of the data (FSDN survey); management of transferred funds; the roles and responsibilities of stakeholders participating in the organization and implementation of FSDN research; membership and affairs of the National FSDN Board; conditions for providing anonymous or pseudonymized individual results of FSDN research. Within the framework of the FSDN, the Ministry performs coordination, planning and implementation of FSDN research, ensures the collection, processing and delivery of data to the European Commission, participates in the drafting and implementation of relevant national and European regulations, manages financial and informational resources of the FSDN and carries out activities aimed at the development and functioning of the FSDN.
