Abstract
This Regulation authorizes the commercial fishing activities in the protected marine area denominated as Jabucki pit, territorial sea of the Republic of Croatia, which is already subject to a special fishing management regime as it is officially classified as protect marine area by relevant national legislative documents.
This text sets out coded lists containing the related fishing vessel registration numbers and vessel names, of all authorized fishing vessels that can perform commercial fisheries in the Jabucki pit area; divided into two different groups in accordance to the fishing gear used or on present on board (bottom trawl nets in list 1; and standing longline fishing gear/nets in list 2)
