Abstract
This Regulation prescribes the necessary classification, rules and provisions aimed to determine the correct procedure as regards the market issues of foreign species (often defined as potentially invasive; animal, inspect and plant species; not to be applied on genetically modified organisms) that can be placed on the market of the Republic of Croatia without the permission of the competent institutions.
The rules here prescribed are in accordance with the following documents: Commission implementing Regulation (EU) 2016/1141 of 13 July 2016 on the classification of invasive species causing concern in the Union in accordance with the Regulation (EU) no. 1143/2014 of the European Parliament and of the Council.
The Annex is an integral part of this Regulation.
