Abstract
This Regulation prescribes the form, content and method of issuing certificates of origin of semen, ova and embryos for the purpose of equine breeding.
The certificate of origin is issued by authorized institutions or organizations for breeding which is authorized to carry out the breeding programs.
Certification of the origin of semen, ova and embryos may be issued by centers for artificial insemination and other stations and facilities that are part of the Veterinary Directorate, under supervision of the Ministry of Agriculture, Fisheries and Rural Development.
The Annex is an integral part of this Regulation.
