Abstract
This Regulation defines the administrative procedure and necessary forms as regards the Economic Programme for the use of state-owned agricultural land, here in relation to the possibility and public invitation to lease (lease agreement) the agricultural land owned by the Republic of Croatia for the purpose of rent of fish ponds.
The Annex is also part of this publication (administrative forms; and evaluation principle technical list and scale).
