Abstract
This Regulation provides standards and criteria for good laboratory practices in laboratories engaged in testing the properties of hazardous chemicals and the assessment and monitoring of the conformity with the principles of good laboratory practices for all laboratories on the Croatian territory.
This Regulation also provides rules for internal control, data collection, monitoring and evaluation related to the laboratory good practice, defending the fair principles that are been adopted.
The provisions of this Regulation shall not apply to the interpretation and evaluation of test results.
Laboratory testing must have a written quality assurance program that ensures the implementation of tests in accordance with the principles of good laboratory practice.
The Annexes I and II are an integral part of this Regulation.

Entry into force notes
This Regulation enters into force eight days after its publication in the Official Gazette, except for certain provisions of articles 20, 22, 31, 33, 34 and 38 which will enter into force on the day of Croatian entrance into the European Union.
