Abstract
This Regulation grants the official consent to the administrative councils of public institutions of national parks and nature parks for the conclusion and implementation of legal affairs of public institutions, national parks and nature parks for projects from the measure "Promoting the sustainable use of natural heritage in national parks and nature parks", which values the powers of the administrative councils for the purpose of increasing the general absorption capacity of the Operational Programme for Competitiveness and Cohesion for the programming period from 2014 to the year 2020.
The administrative councils of public institutions of national parks and nature parks are responsible for submitting to the Ministry responsible for nature protection, the list of activities once a year.
