Regulation on the handling of excess excavation, which is a mineral raw material during the execution of construction works.

This Regulation determines the procedure, method of determining and selling, or disposing for other purposes of mineral raw materials from surplus excavations created during the construction of buildings that are built in accordance with construction regulations. Obligations of regional self-government units and local self-government units in terms of this Regulation are laid down in articles 5 and 6. Issues and rules regarding the designated competent authorities are defined in articles 7-10. Provisions regarding the income deriving from the sale of mineral raw materials from surplus mining are prescribed in articles 11 and 12.
