Abstract
This Regulation hereby officially defines the necessary manner for the correct implementation of the procedure for the approval of biocidal products within the meaning of the article 8 of the Croatian Law on the implementation of the Regulation (EU) No. 528/2012 of the European Parliament and of the Council concerning the placing on the market and use of biocidal products.
Some of the relevant rules here highlighted are related to various information on the applicant and the type of requested approval.
