Regulation on the implementation of measure I.4. "First purchase of a vessel for young fishermen".

This Regulation determines the rules regarding the procedures for implementation of support under measure I.4. "First purchase of a vessel for young fishermen" within the framework of Priority 1 of the European Union "Promoting sustainable fisheries and restoring and preserving biological resources", as part of the implementation of the Fisheries and Aquaculture Programme of the Republic of Croatia for the programming period from the year 2021 until the year 2027, and also in accordance with the provisions of the Regulation (EU) 2021/1139 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 7 July 2021 establishing the European Maritime, Fisheries and Aquaculture Fund. The subject of the aid is the first purchase of a fishing vessel. The beneficiary of the aid shall be a natural person who meets the conditions referred to in article 5 (paragraph 1) of this text.
