Regulation on the implementation of measure I.8.20. "Health protection, safety and energy efficiency".

This Regulation prescribes the implementation of support within measure I.8.20. "Health protection, safety and energy efficiency" within the framework of Priority 1 of the European Union "Encouraging sustainable fisheries and restoration and conservation of biological resources" as part of the implementation of the Fisheries and Aquaculture Program of the Republic of Croatia for program period from the year 2021 until the year 2027, and further in accordance with the provisions of related Eu legislative documents as listed in article 1. The subject of support is investments in fishing vessels with the aim of improving safety, health, hygiene and working conditions, as well as investments and activities aimed at mitigating the effects of climate change and improving the energy efficiency of fishing vessels. The beneficiary of support is the owner of a fishing vessel or the authorized person of the privilege with the consent of the owner of the fishing vessel for which the concession or privilege was issued.
