Regulation on the implementation of measure III.1 "Preparatory support".

This Regulation prescribes the implementation of the award of support within measure III.1. "Preparatory support" within priority 3 of the European Maritime, Fisheries and Aquaculture Fund "Enable a sustainable blue economy in coastal, island and inland areas and encourage the development of fishing and aquaculture communities", within the Fisheries and Aquaculture Program of the Republic of Croatia for the program period 2021-2027 and in accordance with article 34 (paragraph 1, point a) of the Regulation (EU) 2021/1060 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 24 June 2021 on establishing common provisions on the European Fund for regional development, the European Social Fund plus, the Cohesion Fund, the Just Transition Fund and the European Maritime, Fisheries and Aquaculture Fund and the financial rules for them and the Asylum Fund. Subject and purpose of support are defined in article 3; eligibility conditions for local initiative are listed in article 4; eligibility conditions for the fishing area are listed in article 5; selection criteria is determined in article 6.
