Regulation on the implementation of measure III.2. "Selection and approval of local development strategies in fisheries".

This Regulation determines the implementation of measure III.2. "Selection and approval of local development strategies in fisheries" within the framework of priority 3 of the European Maritime, Fisheries and Aquaculture Fund "Enabling a sustainable blue economy in coastal, island and inland areas and encouraging the development of fishing and aquaculture communities", within the framework of the Fisheries and Aquaculture Program of the Republic of Croatia for the programming period 2021-2027, and in accordance with the provisions of Regulation (EU) 2021/1060 of the European Parliament and the Council of June 24, 2021 on establishing common provisions on the European Fund for Regional Development , the European Social Fund Plus, the Cohesion Fund, the Just Transition Fund and the European Maritime, Fisheries and Aquaculture Fund and the financial rules for them and for the Asylum, Migration and Integration Fund, the Internal Security Fund and the Instrument for Financial Support in the area of border management and visa policy. The point of this text is to achieve local goals and needs through community-led local development, as specified in above mentioned thematic-planning documents.
