Abstract
This Regulation determines the implementation of the award of support under measure IV.3. "Putting fishery and aquaculture products on the market" within the framework of Priority 2 of the European Union "Encouragement of sustainable aquaculture activities and the processing and placing on the market of fishery and aquaculture products which contributes to the security of food supply in the Union", within the framework of the implementation of the Fisheries and Aquaculture Program of the Republic of Croatia for program period 2021-2027, and in accordance with the provisions of Regulation (EU) 2021/1139 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 7 July 2021 on the establishment of the European Maritime, Fisheries and Aquaculture Fund. The subject of the support are activities related to placing fishery and aquaculture products on the market, which are carried out with the aim of: a) finding new markets and improving market conditions; b) promotion of quality and added value and product certification; c) contributing to production and market transparency; d) contributing to the traceability and development of environmental protection labels; e) implementation of promotional, informative and communication campaigns.
