Abstract
This Regulation prescribes the complete conditions and manner of implementation of restructuring measures and conversion of vineyards (on the territory of the Croatian Republic) according to the National Programme to help the wine sector from 2014 to 2018.
The Ministry of Agriculture is the body responsible for managing and monitoring over the implementation of the National Programme, which includes the planning and provision of budgetary resources.
Paying Agency for Agriculture, Fisheries and Rural Development is the body responsible for the implementation of the restructuring measures under the National Programme, which includes the implementation of all public tenders.
The Annex is an integral part of this Regulation.
