Regulation on the implementation of state aid of small value in fisheries and aquaculture.

This Regulation prescribes the implementation of the award of low-value state aid in fisheries and aquaculture in accordance with Commission Regulation (EU) no. 717/2014 of 27 June 2014 on the application of Articles 107 and 108 of the Treaty on the Functioning of the European Union to de minimis aid in the fisheries and aquaculture sector. The subject of the aid is the granting of state aid of small value to entrepreneurs engaged in the primary production of fishery and aquaculture products from article 2, paragraph 1, point g) of this text in the sector: a) commercial fishing at sea; b) breeding of white sea fish and tuna; c) shellfish farming; d) cultivation of cold-water species of freshwater fish; e) cultivation of warm water species of freshwater fish. Basic eligibility conditions are laid down in articles 4-6.
