Abstract
This Regulation makes provisions for the internal order in Kornati national park. Administration, protection and maintenance of the park are entrusted to the Public institution "National Park Kornati". The text consists of 52 sections divided into 7 Parts: General Provisions (1), Internal Order in the National Park (2), Fire Prevention (3), Supervision and Administrative Measures (4), Marks in the National Park (5), Penalties (6), Transitional and Final Provisions (7). Permanent navigation and mooring of vessels is permitted to the residents, as well to the owners or users of immovable in the Park (art. 4). Hunting (birds included) and fishing, except recreational fishing, are prohibited activities. Residents of the Park may obtain fishing licence (minimum duration of one day and maximum of one year) from the Public institution (arts. 11-17). Activities such as logging and afforestation, introduction of animal or plant species, polluting of soil, making of fires etc. are prohibited (arts. 19-25). Supervision of this Regulation is entrusted to the inspectors of the Public institution "National Park Kornati".
