Abstract
This Regulation prescribes the emergency plan for the environmental protection and refers to a possible environmental disaster or emergency situation that may harm the environment and cause danger to life and health.
The plan defines the types of risks and hazards, procedures and measures to mitigate and remove the immediate harmful consequences to the environment, the entities responsible to implement certain measures, responsibility and authority related to the implementation and performance of synchronization with contingency measures implemented under other Laws.
This plan does not apply to: military facilities and warehouses; and cases of radioactive contamination.
The Annex is an integral part of this Regulation.
