Abstract
This Regulation prescribes the procedure for issuing water rights acts, the contents and form of water rights acts, the contents and procedure for keeping records of water rights acts and issued extracts of records, the special costs related to the issuance of water rights acts and the way they are implemented.
The water rights terms and the water rights permit are administrative acts consisting of parts required for a decision entitled “water rights terms” respectively “water rights permit”.
