Abstract
This Regulation specifies that (on the territory of Croatian Republic), in order to determine correctly the proportion of muscle tissue in pig carcasses, it is approved to use the following procedures: a) single-point method, using the device: Hennessy Grading Probe (HGP7); b) two-point method, using mechanical meters of length.
