Regulation on the list of habitat types and habitat maps.

This Regulation, as in accordance with the provisions of the Croatian Law on nature protection, determines the list of habitat types, the habitat map and endangered and rare habitat types, including priority natural habitat types, which need to be preserved in a favorable condition. The species of habitat types determined by this text are in accordance with all relevant European classifications of habitat types and may be expressed in appropriate designations and names for the purposes of implementing international regulations.
Annexes I, II and III are also part of this publication (I-list of habitat types-national habitat classification; II-list of endangered and/or rare habitat types of national and European significance represented on national territory; III-list of natural habitat types of interest to the European Union).
