Abstract
This Regulation prescribes all necessary standards and requirements aimed to regulate the methods for applying and implementing the obligations of bodies competent for water management in the mandatory public information procedure and the participation of water users in preparing and planning bases for water management and also defining: a) water management strategy; b) management plans for water regions.
