Abstract
This Regulation determines the necessary contents of the request, related documentation and manner of payment of fees for the obtaining the construction and easements rights on state-owned agricultural land, as regards the territory of the Republic of Croatia. However, on agricultural land parcels, the construction right can be granted also for the purpose of exploration and exploitation of hydrocarbons and/or geothermal water resources (see article 9 for detailed provisions).
The right to construct on public or state owned land, object of this text, is based on the initiatory proposal of direct interested person, that has to be submitted to the Croatian Ministry of Agriculture. Issues on fees are laid down in article 10.
