Abstract
This Regulation provides the official method aimed at determining the amount of the initial lease of agricultural land owned by the Republic of Croatia, amount of lease of common pastures, and further sets the amount and method of calculating fees for water use, only if used for the purpose of performing aquaculture activities on such land.
