Abstract
This Regulation prescribes the necessary contents and correct manner for keeping the unified national register of common pastures owned by the Republic of Croatia, which shall be managed by the competent local body, here indicated as the Croatian Ministry of Agriculture.
Data is entered in the Registry, in accordance with the Programme of disposal of agricultural land owned by the Republic of Croatia, lands which are donated by local self-government units, for the purpose of agricultural production and construction of necessary technological units.
These lands parcels are usually natural pastures, meadow, shrubbery and infertile land aimed for livestock and poultry grazing.
The list of contents and information to be delivered and reported is in article 3 of this text.
The above mentioned register is kept in electronic form.
