Abstract
This Regulation prescribes the manner for keeping the unified national register of fishery aquaculture ponds owned by the Republic of Croatia, which shall be managed by the Croatian Ministry of Agriculture.
The register shall include data on fishponds, considered as production and technological zones of agricultural land owned by the Republic of Croatia intended for the production of fish and other aquatic organisms.
The list of contents and information to be delivered and reported is in article 3 of this text.
The above mentioned register is kept in electronic form.
