Abstract
This Regulation prescribes the correct and mandatory manner of payment of compensation for any concession(s) for use and/or special use of the maritime domain on the Croatian territory, which is paid on the basis of the concession agreement.
The concessionaire pays the fee for commercial use and/or special use of the maritime domain in favor of the city/municipality where the maritime domain in question is located.
