Abstract
This Regulation officially grants the concession for the construction and consequential economic use of the special purpose port named "Marina Gruž", located on area of the municipality of Gruž, City of Dubrovnik, as a port for nautical tourism.
The areas of maritime property that are given in concession are defined by the polygon of points whose coordinates are expressed in the Gauss-Krüger projection (article 2 of this text).
