Abstract
This Regulation lays down requirements for the cereals market.
The Regulation provides for: cereal products subject to public intervention; the period of implementation of public intervention; the conditions under which they will be open to public intervention; quantitative restrictions for products in public intervention; the height of the reference and intervention rates; conditions of storage of purchased products; conditions and way of selling products in public intervention; and for the establishment of emergency centers.
Public intervention in the grain sector represents a measure for buying and selling a certain quantity of grain, in order to stabilize the situation on the Croatian market.
The Annex is an integral part of this Regulation.

Entry into force notes
This Regulation enters into force eight days after its publication in the Official Gazette.
Notes
Upon the entry into force of this Regulation, the Regulation on the CMO for cereals (Official Gazette 75/2008, 80/2008, 114/2008 and 125/2008) will be no longer in force.
