Abstract
This Regulation determines the methods aimed for adjustment and revaluation of rent, i.e. compensation fees for the use of agricultural land owned by the Republic of Croatia for the duration of the contract. This type of land cost revaluation shall be carried out in the event that the average annual consumer price index (total) is equal to or greater than 103.0 in relation to the previous year, by the index of that increase. The revalued rent or compensation fee for agricultural land has to be calculated on the basis of the specific formula given in articles 3 and 6. Calculation lists with values to be used for calculations and revaluation and detailed land plots denominations are attached in the Annex of this text.
