Regulation on the method of calculation and payment of fees for the use of general forest functions.

This Regulation determines the method for calculating the fees that have to be paid as for the use of general public forest functions, the payment invoice, payment deadlines and the collection procedure in case of non-fulfillment of requested payments. The basis for the calculation of compensation is the total income and/or receipt less income from cancellation of long-term provisions, income from dividends and income from profit sharing. Beneficiaries of state support for preserving jobs in activities affected by the corona virus (COVID-19) reduce the basis of calculation by the amount of support received. The Ministry maintains the Register of persons liable to pay compensation for general utility functions of forests, which contains data on persons liable to pay compensation, the amount of the annual fee and the amount of advance payment of the fee and payment.
