Abstract
This Regulation defines the duties and responsibilities of the competent authorities on the territory of the Croatian Republic that are involved in the official waste management activities.
This Regulation further provides all necessary standards and requirements for the correct calculation of various fees for municipal waste management that taxpayers are required to pay in order to support the public services for municipal waste management in the cities and municipalities of the Croatian Republic.
The Annex is an integral part of this Regulation.
