Regulation on the method of work and action of nature guards.

This Regulation, as in accordance with the provisions of the Croatian Law on nature protection, prescribes the manner of work and actions of the chief custodian and nature guard (conservationist, nature custodian), as well as the manner of using the following powers: verification of the person's identity; giving warnings and orders; collection of data and information; examination of a person, luggage, transport vehicle or vessel; temporary restriction of movement in a certain area; securing the scene; collection of fines, damages and costs incurred by the offender among the issuance of a receipt.
