Abstract
This Regulation prescribes the methodology for monitoring over the effective status of agricultural land (monitoring and testing of soil fertility), and further sets the minimum area/land parcel unit or location for monitoring purposes, the information system for the protection of agricultural land and for the monitoring of agricultural land status, the documentation and content of the application for authorization, the detailed conditions to be fulfilled authorized laboratories, the tasks of the reference laboratory, the obligations of laboratories and institutions and the manner of implementation of such control (on field and in authorized laboratories).
The methodology for monitoring the state and status of agricultural land is prescribed for: permanent monitoring of agricultural land status including all types of changes in agricultural land or soil (physical, chemical and biological); monitoring of agricultural land status through soil fertility survey recorded in the agricultural parcel identification system and records of the use of agricultural land in digital graphic form (ARKOD system) used by natural and legal persons enrolled in the Register of Farmers.
The Annex (1, 2, 3 and 4) is also an integrated part of this publication (full list of recommended parameters; ISO standards; administrative forms and sheets).
