Regulation on the Methods of Preparing and Implementing Risk Assessment Studies About Introduction, Reintroduction and Breeding of Wild Species.

This Regulation establishes the methods for preparing and implementing risk assessment studies with environmental respect related to the introduction of alien and wild species into the nature, reintroduction of vanished indigenous and breeding of the same.
This Regulation also establishes the procedure for granting authorisations for the exceptional introduction of alien or wild species, into nature on the territory of the Republic of Croatia, for reintroduction of vanished indigenous species, as well as granting authorisations for the breeding of indigenous or alien wild species in the Republic of Croatia, and the methods for data collection and public opinion monitoring.
