Regulation on mining projects.

This Regulation prescribes the mandatory content, elements and method of equipping mining projects for the performance of mining works (as in accordance with the articles 9 and 104 of the Law on mining) and for the construction of mining facilities (from article 13 of the Law on mining), conditions that must be met by legal entities that they prepare mining projects, the Expert Commission for the verification of mining projects, the request for the verification of mining projects, the procedure for verifying mining projects, the content and form of the statement on the verification of mining projects, the content and form of the decision on the verification of mining projects.
