Abstract
This Regulation provides measure and complete provisions of the Croatian national strategy for chemical safety.
How chemicals affect almost every part of human life, the establishment of safe management of chemicals, from one side to maximize the positive effects of chemicals on the economic development and quality of life, and on the other, effectively preventing their possible adverse effects on human health and the environment, is an important task that has been regulated by the provisions of this Regulation.
It is in the interest of the Croatian Republic to constantly take care and encourages the development of its system of chemical safety.
The Annex is an integral part of this Regulation.
