Regulation on native wild species whose withdrawal from the nature and sustainable use are permitted.

This Regulation establishes the native wildlife species (animal and plant, see Annex), which are allowed to be taken from nature with the principle of sustainable use, with the implementation of management and protection measures and the content of the report on the use of such native wildlife species. The relevant data shall be submitted to the competent authorities/central state administration body responsible for nature protection activities, for the purpose of establishing and monitoring the status of native species, also in full accordance with the regulations of the European Union (those in relation to the conservation of wild fauna and flora species, including all international treaties to which the Republic of Croatia is party to).
