Regulation on official identity card and badges of radiological and nuclear safety inspectors.

This Regulation determines the physical form and related contents of the official identity card and badge of authorized radiological and nuclear safety inspectors and for senior radiological and nuclear safety inspectors. The inspector may only use the card and badge as part of his authority to carry out inspection activities in accordance with radiological and nuclear safety regulations and in accordance with the provisions of the Law on radiological and nuclear safety (Official Gazette of the Republic of Croatia 141/2013).
This text also sets out the manner and procedure for their issuance and use, procedures in case of seizure, and further provides the rules on keeping of national register of issued official cards and badges of inspectors of the Croatian State Institute for Radiological and Nuclear Safety.
