Abstract
This Regulation defines the methods and related rules to be observed when performing the commercial fishing on the Croatian sea domain (marine fisheries) with the use of encircling nets, floating and swimming nets and other types and variations of such fishing nets, al listed in the text.
This Regulation further provides for the spatial and temporal limitations; the conditions and rules regarding the issuance and registration of fishing licenses; the data collection and keeping of the register of issued licenses.
