This Regulation lays down the procedure and criteria for the establishment access right in the forest or on forest land owned by the Croatian Republic for orchard plantation.
Easement for orchard plantation can be established on forest land and barren land covered with the initial stages of development or degradation of forest stands (maquis, semolina, thickets, shrubs, etc.).
